Guests

Animaritime is excited to host guests from a variety of scenes such as voice acting, comics, singers, play writes and much more. For information regarding our current guests see below.

Kelley Armstrong
Kelley Armstrong has been telling stories since before she could write. Her earliest written efforts were disastrous. If asked for a story about girls and dolls, hers would invariably feature undead girls and evil dolls, much to her teachers’ dismay. Today, she continues to spin tales of ghosts and demons and werewolves, while safely locked away in her basement writing dungeon. She lives in southwestern Ontario with her husband, kids and far too many pets.

Brian Beacock
He's the voice of Yashamaru, Sakon and Ukon (and others) in Naruto, Yumichika Ayasegawa in Bleach, Bokomon in Digimon Frontier, and so many others! Please help us welcome Brian Beacock!

Jennifer Cihi
Jennifer Cihi is a Broadway and TV star best known for bring the original English singing voice of Sailor Moon. She is the voice behind the iconic songs My Only Love, Power of Love and Carry On, to name a few! She is excited to appear at Animaritime and get to know the Canadian fans! Come join her for a concert of the Sailor Moon hit songs as well as Q&A sessions on what it was like to voice Sailor Moon and even a panel where you get to tell her YOUR stories of how anime has inspired you.

Stefanie DeLeo
Stefanie DeLeo is a published and produced playwright and author with a Master's Degree in theatre from New York University. Her play Answer the Question, Iris, has been performed all over the US from New York to Kentucky to California. She is looking forward to her first Canadian convention, where she will do informational sessions on how to get published. She also does a fun informational session on how to legally publish fan fiction. Stefanie will share her knowledge of international copyright law and help guests turn their fan fiction pieces into manuscripts that publishers will want to see!

Sickboy
Animaritime is really excited to Welcome Sickboy Podcast to the 2017 Convention! Sickboy consists of Brian, Jeremie, and Taylor. Sickboy Podcast is hilarious, ridiculously insightful and absolutely determined to break down the stigma associated with illness and disease! The show started with three best friends who recognized that when faced with difficult situations, illnesses and diseases, people tighten up, they get awkward, and they simply don't know what to say.
Not only will they be presenting, but they will have a spot set aside to hear from you! to share your insights and stories.
Join us in welcoming Jeremie, Taylor, and Brian of Sickboy Podcast!

Dark Carnival
Like every great magic trick, this guest announcement appeared out of thin air! Animaritime is really excited to welcome magician Chris Somoza with Asylum of Illusions, presenting a special show for Animaritime 2017, "Dark Carnival"!
